We opened Cafe MAESTRO in 2014 as the first café and at the same time the first pizzeria in Valaská.
Our passion for good food took us all the way to Tuscany, where we source the ingredients that form the base of every pizza we make.
Of course we haven't forgotten more sensitive stomachs with coeliac disease either – gluten-free preparation is available.
We are a place where you taste the true flavour of Tuscany, where hospitality meets craft, and where every dish is made with heart.

How we do it
Dough, with patience
We let it mature slowly so it turns out light, crisp at the edges and soft inside. No shortcuts.
Ingredients from Tuscany
Pomodoro, mozzarella, parmesan, prosciutto and Italian salami – brought straight from Italy.
A blazing oven
High heat, short time. Exactly how pizza has been baked in Italy for generations.
To your door too
We deliver to Valaská, Brezno and surrounding villages. To selected villages delivery is free.
